Hosted by the Chinese Consulate General in Canada and the Canadian Chinese Literature and Art Federation, the 2019 Toronto Dragon Culture Festival was grandly opened on September 6th at the Toronto City Hall Square. The three-day Dragon Culture Festival spread the essence of Chinese culture and rendered it. Chinese charm, inspiring national spirit, and making Chinese overseas Chinese feel extremely proud.

On September 13, Han Tao, Consul General of China in Toronto, commended the organizers, volunteer representatives and artists who contributed to the “Dragon Culture Festival” in the official residence.
